Ordering and shipping
Where do you ship from?
Every order ships from a fulfilment centre inside the United States. We do not drop-ship parcels from overseas.
How much is shipping?
A flat $5.95 anywhere in the United States, however much is in your basket. Orders of $59.00 or more ship free, applied automatically at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm Eastern Time on a business day normally leave the same day. Most US addresses receive the parcel within three to six business days after dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at present. We ship within the United States only. If you are ordering from elsewhere, contact us first and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
How do I track my parcel?
The tracking number is emailed as soon as the carrier scans your parcel. You can also see live order status under My Account at any time.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If the order has not shipped yet, yes. Email us with your order number as soon as possible and we will stop it if we can. Once it is with the carrier it has to be handled as a return.
Returns and refunds
What is the return window?
Thirty days from the day your order is delivered. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email us with your order number and what you would like to return. We reply within one business day with return instructions and the address to send it to.
When do I get my money back?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the returned item arriving and passing inspection. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
What if the item arrived damaged?
Send us a photo within seventy-two hours of delivery. Damaged and defective items are replaced or refunded in full, and we cover the return shipping.
Products and the company
Why is your catalogue so small?
Because every item on it has been used by someone here first. Carrying one pruning shear we trust is more useful to you than nine we have never opened.
Are the products under warranty?
Manufacturer warranties apply where the maker offers one. On top of that, our own thirty-day return window covers you regardless of what the manufacturer does.
Who is Sellgrin?
Sellgrin LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, selling household, garden, workshop, office and pet goods to US customers.
Do you sell wholesale?
For larger or repeat orders, contact us with the quantities you have in mind and we will come back with what is possible.
